Who is Thorp?

Thorp Motor Group is a family business, started by the brothers Nicky & Robert Thorp in 1994. From small beginnings in Plumstead the dealership grew until in 1999 a branch was opened in Fish Hoek, 2004 in Paarl & 2010 in Claremont with house brands such as Chevrolet, Opel and Isuzu.

As a family business the Thorp Motor Group prides itself in Customer Care / 'Customers for Life' and in walking that extra mile to care for the community!

Thorp and SmilingOne has begun a shared journey for a healthier, greener and safer South Africa. SmilingOne is now on the road with a Chevrolet Spark - kindly availed by Thorp.
